slopk Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below. These definitions apply throughout the document and any supplementary materials published by slopk.

By accessing the slopk Platform in any manner — including browsing the website, registering an Account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or launching any game — you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform.

slopk reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via the email address registered to their Account and/or by a notice displayed on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions are published in English. In the event of any conflict between an English-language version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

In addition to the minimum age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions to hold an Account on slopk:

• You are a natural person and not a corporate entity, trust, or other non-individual legal structure.
• You are registering and playing for your own personal entertainment and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of, or currently located in, any Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of accessing the Platform.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or close associate of slopk or any of its affiliated companies where such association creates a conflict of interest.
• You do not have an existing slopk Account that is currently active, suspended, or previously closed for a violation of these Terms.
• You are acting with funds that are lawfully yours and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity.

slopk conducts mandatory KYC verification on all Accounts. You will be required to submit a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, or government-issued photo identification, together with proof of address and, where applicable, proof of the source of funds. slopk may request additional documentation at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in Account suspension.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account on slopk at any given time. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, different names, different payment methods, or different devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering your slopk Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at all times. You must promptly update your Account details if any of your registered information changes. slopk accepts no liability for consequences arising from a Player's failure to maintain accurate Account information.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials at all times.
• You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication code with any other person.
• All activity conducted through your Account — including bets placed and deposits made — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you personally initiated the action.
• You must notify slopk immediately via the support channel if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

slopk processes all financial transactions exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Approved deposit and withdrawal methods currently available on the Platform include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20 (converted to PKR at the prevailing rate upon receipt).

Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to each payment method and may be updated from time to time. Players should consult the cashier section of the Platform for current applicable limits before initiating a transaction.

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals will be processed only to the same method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability and applicable limits.
• slopk processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the cashier section. Mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay) are typically processed faster than bank transfers.
• Withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC verification or where slopk's fraud and compliance team has flagged an Account for review.
• slopk does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals. However, your financial institution or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges, which are outside slopk's control.

slopk offers promotional bonuses, free bets, and other incentives to eligible Players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms that are published alongside the relevant offer. In all cases, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each promotion. Bonus Funds that expire unused are forfeited without compensation.
• slopk reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed by a Player.
• Bonuses are limited to one per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Evidence of bonus abuse — including, without limitation, the creation of multiple Accounts, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay — will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• slopk's determination of whether Wagering Requirements have been met is final and binding.

Players who have opted into slopk's responsible gaming tools, including deposit limits or loss limits, may not be eligible for certain promotional offers. slopk will notify affected Players in such cases.

All bets placed on the slopk Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. These rules are accessible within each betting market on the Platform. The following general principles apply to all wagers:

• A bet is accepted only when slopk's system has confirmed receipt and issued a bet reference number. No bet is valid until this confirmation is issued.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player except where a specific cash-out or edit-bet feature is made available by slopk for that market.
• slopk reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a manifest pricing error. Players will be notified of voided bets and the relevant stake returned to their PKR Wallet.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per Player. Applicable limits are published in the relevant sport or game rules section of the Platform.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the decision of slopk's trading and settlements team is final, subject to the formal complaints procedure set out in section 9.
• Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to the availability of live markets and connectivity. slopk accepts no responsibility for bets that could not be placed due to network or device issues on the Player's side.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the slopk Platform. Engaging in any of the acts listed below will result in immediate Account suspension, investigation, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or any interaction with slopk.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to process funds derived from any unlawful activity.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, manipulation of sporting outcomes, or use of inside information in connection with bets placed on slopk.
• Colluding with other Players or with Platform employees to gain an unfair advantage.
• Conducting or attempting to conduct charge-backs on deposits made to slopk through any payment provider.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other method of location masking.

slopk reserves the right to suspend or close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where the Platform has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has violated these Terms & Conditions, has engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

Where an Account is closed due to a Player-initiated voluntary closure request, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to KYC requirements being satisfied.

If you wish to raise a complaint regarding any aspect of your slopk experience — including bet settlement disputes, withdrawal delays, or Account actions — you should contact our support team in the first instance via the live chat channel available on the Platform. slopk commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and to issuing a substantive response within 10 business days.

All content on the slopk Platform — including but not limited to the slopk brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of slopk or its duly licensed content suppliers. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, copying, redistribution, or publication of any Platform content without slopk's express prior written consent.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract source code from any software component of the Platform.
• Use of the slopk brand, logo, or any associated marks in connection with any third-party product, service, or promotional material.
• Scraping, crawling, or systematically extracting data from the Platform using automated tools.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, slopk's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

slopk shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss, whether direct or indirect, foreseeable or unforeseeable:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data stored on the Player's device.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, or technical failures beyond slopk's reasonable control.
• Acts or omissions of third-party payment processors, including delays in processing deposits or withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or SadaPay.
• Any loss arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits slopk's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

slopk is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing tools that help Players manage their gambling activity. The Platform offers the following responsible gaming features, all of which are accessible directly from Account settings without requiring contact with support:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits — set a maximum amount you can deposit within the chosen period.
• Loss limits — set a maximum amount you are prepared to lose within a given timeframe.
• Session duration timers — receive automatic alerts and optional logout when a set session length is reached.
• Reality check notifications — periodic on-screen reminders displaying your session duration and net gaming result.
• Self-exclusion — temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform for periods ranging from 30 days to lifetime closure.

slopk strictly enforces its 21+ age policy. Any Player who is identified as being under the age of 21 will have their Account closed immediately, all gameplay records will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the payment method from which they originated. slopk will not profit from underage gambling under any circumstances.

slopk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference and forms part of the overall agreement between the Player and the Platform. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the slopk Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by slopk is used exclusively for the following purposes:

• Verifying your identity and age as required under our operating licence (KYC obligations).
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and financial transactions in PKR.
• Providing customer support and responding to complaints.
• Detecting and preventing fraud, money laundering, and other prohibited conduct.
• Communicating platform updates, promotional offers (where the Player has opted in), and changes to these Terms.

slopk does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer personal data to third parties for their own commercial purposes. Data shared with third-party service providers — including payment processors and identity verification services — is limited to what is strictly necessary for the performance of those services and is governed by appropriate data processing agreements.

slopk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, slopk will provide advance notice to Players via the registered Account email address and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform homepage. The notice period for material changes will be no less than seven (7) days unless the change is required immediately by law or by a directive from slopk's licensing authority.

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions that do not alter their substantive meaning, or updates to reflect changes in applicable payment methods — may be made without prior notice and will take effect immediately upon publication.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which slopk holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through slopk's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause prevents slopk from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where it deems such relief to be necessary to protect its rights or the integrity of the Platform.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

The failure of slopk to enforce any right or provision of these Terms at any given time shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision, nor shall it prevent slopk from enforcing such right or provision in the future.
